How we support
Alternative Education Provision
More than motocross. Meaningful relationships. Lasting outcomes.

GSR Moto Alternative Education Provision provides personalised programmes for children and young people with a wide range of educational, social, emotional and behavioural needs across Somerset and beyond. Through a relationship-based approach, we support young people to build confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, communication, independence and engagement in learning.
Working with individuals and small groups, we deliver flexible, outcome-focused provision tailored to each young person's strengths, needs and aspirations. Using motocross as an engagement tool, we create meaningful opportunities to develop personal, social and educational skills through a range of practical and therapeutic experiences.
Programmes may include bike maintenance, AQA Unit Award Scheme opportunities, outdoor learning, mentoring and, where appropriate, riding activities, with every element tailored to the individual's needs and agreed outcomes.
